English correctly.I am a salesman who selling rotary encoder, potentiometers. I have tried, though I am not sure if I have tried my best, actually, I justdon't know how to sell goods efficiently or effectively. We have 2 business platforms, Alibaba and Globalsource, I have obeyed their instructions to list new products everyday according to their rules,however, the result is not good. I understand that I should be patient and the performance of those platforms will get better and better, but
I have been this company for almost half a year, I still have not got a good order from them, even worse, I have not got any information of potential customers.
What should I do? Should I resign this job and find a new one? I am not sure, though this job does not pay me well, I can not just quit it. I have persuaded my wife to get a job nearby,and we have rent a small room, and have bought a lot of furniture and a air-conditioner, that cost us a great deal. If I quit, I don't know where to find my next job, although I am confident that I will get a better job with better salary, I just don't know what to do. Someone told me that I should not falter in quest of my future, but what lies before me? I feel guilty when I have nothing to do, have got no email to deal with, have not got any order from current customers, I am nervous, anxious that I might
be of no use to this company.
Sometimes, I am curious why my colleagues do not sure any anxiety,though my outstanding achivement is better than many of them, it seems that are never troubled by their poor achievements. Why? Maybe it is just because I do not how to handle myseld, so a course of emotion regulating is very appealing now.
However, I am not to blame. When the period of Globalsources expired, I have to the management that it was no need of making a new contract with globalsources, I thought it was better to terminate it and invest those money wholly to Alibaba. I still think that would be a better choice, however, no one would take my advice. You know, the exposure rate of Globalsources is much lower than that Alibaba, it is negligible. I don't know why they are so much stubborn. How could be get good achievements when our company is not able to be exposed efficiently? What the hell!
